Global Goals Assembly

In September 2015, World Leaders committed to 17 Global Goals to achieve 3 extraordinary things in the next 15 years. End extreme poverty. Fight inequality & injustice. Fix climate change. Every one of the Global Goals is linked to solving our climate crisis. Each class in the school took one of the 17 Global Goals and did lots of lessons and work on it during the month of December as part of Learn Together. We had a “Global Goals Assembly” at the end of the month where classes shared what they had been studying. We had lots of interesting artwork, projects, performances and Gráinne’s 6th Class made their own fashionable clothes from recycled material!
